ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are the backbone of our trading infrastructure. Around the world, IMC’s skilled field FPGA engineering teams build the speed and capacity required to scale up our trading activities across new products, platforms, and markets.
Whether you're an experienced engineer or have just graduated from university, our FPGA School is designed to give you a thorough grounding in IMC’s hardware and how we work with it.
As you learn the technical skills to help you thrive at IMC, you’ll be exposed to our unique collaborative, high-performance culture and ways of working. Best of all, you’ll be learning from our exceptionally talented engineers, developers, and traders.

THREE WEEKS TO SUCCESS
Sharpen your skills with our structured three-week programme.
Develop a solid, high-level understanding of trading and financial markets before learning exactly how we trade at IMC. We’ll also provide the inside track on our market-leading systems and strategies from seasoned IMC traders and software and hardware engineers.
Discover IMC’s unique development system and flow. Then get to know our strategies and develop your own. Finally, we’ll demonstrate how we make tradeoffs in design, and what we consider important and why.
At the end of the school, you’ll return to your local office to continue your professional development with your assigned team. Get ready to learn from the brightest minds in trading and technology.
