After completing the Graduate Traineeship, you’ll continue your learning and development in the Chicago office under the guidance of internal experts and Chicago-based IMC veterans.
The exact training and onboarding you receive depends on your school and specialization. For example, those returning from IMC's Development School can expect a customized learning experience based on their specific roles and functions.
Trading trainees can expect to pick up where Trading School left off, applying classroom learning to real-world situations and diving deeper into IMC's trading systems and strategies. You'll have the opportunity to network in the Chicago office and learn how different IMC teams collaborate to deliver results.
Whatever your area of focus, you can expect a combination of desk-based training, ongoing guest lectures, and structured learning led by the brightest minds in trading and technology.
During your first 12 months, you'll also have the ongoing support of a dedicated mentor as you build responsibility and product or project ownership. After that, you'll continue to receive ongoing professional development specifically designed to accelerate your career at IMC.
