ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
IMC's Women’s Insight Day is an exclusive one-day programme for high-achieving students interested in the world of trading and technology.
You’ll get to meet the women of IMC and gain a real, behind-the-scenes insight into the company. You’ll also take part in talks, seminars, and challenging hands-on exercises aimed at giving you what you need to develop as a professional in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
THE ITINERARY
Lectures and introductions
The first part of the day introduces participants to IMC. With welcome sessions and talks on trading and technology led by IMC's senior leaders, it's a chance to better understand the work we do, and the key role that women play in driving our success.
Workshops and shadowing
After a catered lunch in the office, the afternoon is spent gaining hands-on experience during expert-led interactive sessions. Expect low-latency workshops, trading desk shadowing, technology quizzes, and everything in between.
Networking opportunities
The last part of the day is dedicated to networking. It's a chance for attendees to get to know current employees and learn more about life at IMC over dinner and drinks. Make valuable connections that will help you in your future career.
