Over the six intensive weeks of our Trading School, you’ll learn how a business like IMC really works. You’ll get to grips with our cutting-edge technologies, immerse yourself in our collaborative, high-performance culture, experience how our global teams are developing innovative trading strategies, and discover how we're expanding our coverage across new markets and asset classes. Best of all, you’ll be guided by our talented teams of IMC traders and engineers.

Our Trading School is designed for our full-time trading and quant research graduate hires.
No prior knowledge of, or experience in, financial markets is required, but you do need to be willing to learn and ready to immerse yourself in new content.

A SIX-WEEK DEEP DIVE INTO THE WORLD OF TRADING
Lay the groundwork for your future learning with classroom-based training. You’ll develop a solid, high-level understanding of trading and financial markets before deep-diving into how we trade at IMC, as you explore our market-leading systems and strategies.
Start building up your trading knowledge and skills through IMC’s proprietary trading simulation exercises, guided by experienced traders. Our trainers will then walk you through the fundamentals of trading theory, including options trading.
At the end of the school, you'll undertake further structured training in your local IMC office. We'll assess your skills and interests before assigning you to a specialised trading desk. You'll focus on a specific product, market, or trading strategy, en route to becoming a fully fledged IMC trader.
