Our five-week programme brings together new hires from across IMC's global offices. Recent graduates learn from experienced engineers, and you can expect fresh challenges and a varied mix of learning and development opportunities.

A FIVE-WEEK DEEP DIVE INTO THE WORLD OF TECHNOLOGY
Our structured five-week programme is a chance to tackle real-world development challenges and project work in a unique, IMC setting. You’ll also get the opportunity to work on systems that have been custom-built by our own engineers and aren’t in use anywhere else in the world.
Develop a solid, high-level understanding of trading and financial markets before learning exactly how we trade at IMC. We’ll also provide the inside track on our market-leading systems and strategies from seasoned IMC traders and engineers.
The real work begins as you take on your personal development project, designed around our specific trading systems and operations. You’ll also expand your learning through a mix of classroom-based training and expert lectures.
If you’re a new graduate, we’ll assess your competencies and interests. You’ll continue your advancement through a combination of desk-based training and structured learning and development opportunities at your local office.
